PAYMENT
Due to the small nature of our clinic, we ask to keep payment information (Visa, Mastercard) on file for payment of co-pays, office visits, or supplements through the clinic dispensary. All payment information is kept in a secure online merchant funds site. Invoices are emailed upon request or following a payment. We are happy to accept cash or check for co-pays or supplements even when a credit card is on file.
Insurance co-pays are due and collected on the day of each appointment. Initial visits are one hour of office time, with additional time to review your chart and history. Subsequent visits are 30 minutes, with acupuncture treatments lasting 45 minutes.
